By using probbai.com or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access data you are not entitled to, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Demo requests and evaluations
Submitting a demo or evaluation request does not create a customer relationship until both parties agree to it in writing. Evaluations are provided for internal assessment only, on the terms agreed for that evaluation.
Your data
Content your organisation provides during an evaluation remains your property. We use it only to deliver the evaluation, and we delete it when the evaluation ends or earlier on request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No automated hiring decisions
ProbbAI output is decision support. Drafts, scores, and recommendations are inputs for human review. Your organisation remains responsible for hiring decisions and for complying with employment law applicable to you.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the ProbbAI product are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse site content or product output outside your organisation's evaluation without our permission.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProbbAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on evaluation output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
